The only bit of information I can predict from this one rough picture is that he's either telling someone to do something, or announcing something like a challenge, or the new season.
Ooooh, the plot thickens. Dun da dun!! Oh, and about the white hair, this is probably continuity. If we remember (that is if you WANT to remember) from the finale episode of TDA, Chris is bald, wears a wig, and dosen't want anyone to know about it (which explains why he's wearing that bald cap from the upcoming African Lying Society (won't say anything more)). Sure to strike up a conversation on the wiki, that's for sure.
