I'm not sure, in Masters of Disasters Beth seem to make up the fact that he was a model. If you watch the episode again you can see what I mean. Bean Juice!

It's possible that Brady might be real on the show, but that Beth totally fabricated a relationship with him to try to impress her fellow contestants. The only way we'll know for sure is when we find out in a future episode.
